All packages are shipped via UPS ground or USPS first class/ priority service unless another method is specified.

In-stock items that are ordered by 2:00 PST will be shipped the same day. If a part is back-ordered, you will be notified of the approximate lead time. All shipping charges will be displayed in the shopping cart for your convenience (UPS does not ship to PO boxes. if this is your only address try USPS or call our order desk to try another method).

Free Shipping (*when offered)

Free shipping is only available on ground shipments inside the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and international orders do not apply to this offer. Oversized and overweight orders are also not eligible for free shipping.

International Orders

We accept wire transfer, Paypal, Zelle, and Credit Card orders. All sales are final on international orders. No returns on international orders unless the product is defected.

Damage Claims

MDCT ENTERPRISES packs your merchandise carefully to prevent damage while shipping. However, damage will sometimes occur. If your shipment is damaged upon delivery inspect it in the presence of the carrier. It is mandatory that you get the carrier to document the damage on their delivery sheet, and on your invoice. You must report the damage to MDCT within 3 days of the delivery or your claim may be denied. Do not refuse the shipment or return it without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). MDCT ENTERPRISES cannot be held responsible for damaged or missing parts without documentation on the carriers delivery sheet.

Shipping times to most destinations may vary using UPS ground service or USPS first class/ priority service. Overnight and other special delivery options are more accurate.
