Build a Colorbar is a fun, unique, and first of its kind way to design your own Colorbar.

You have the option to not only pick the size, color, & style of your housing, you also choose the color of your knob, lens, and bulbs. Amazing right. But, the coolest feature is that you can design it in real time and see it before you buy it. As we began selling Custom Colorbars in different colors we got a very good response from customers which led us to the idea at hand. Once we sat down with our team and discussed the idea it was unanimous that we had to bring this to life. After some market research the overwhelming positive response we received fueled the fire to get this product done. We figured it would be a refreshing idea to an already hot market.

Colorbars have been a part of the Lowrider and Classic car scene dating back to the early 70's. Car owners took pride cruising the streets with the Colorbar lights flashing to the beat of the music. People were so mesmerized that they would sit in the driveway for hours just tripping off the lights.

Here we are in 2021 and car owners old and new share the same appreciation for this unique and nostalgic product. The Colorbars strong resurgence since its inception in the 70's is a sign that the love for the Colorbar is still growing and is becoming a staple in more and more Classic cars every day.

How it Works

Mirror Image kits were created with a dual purpose in mind. One was to bring some detail to the engine compartment by eliminating the hood liner, and the other was to help customers increase their chances to win car shows by having their chromed out engines showcased. The Lowriding community quickly embraced the product and the support grew rapidly. As the top builders used the product it began to gain traction even faster.

Truck and Muscle car owners soon joined in as well. At first glance they thought the product was too flashy, but after competing and losing against cars that had the product they soon started looking for that edge also.
Our inventory has expanded from Impalas, all the way to luxury vehicles. We've had some very interesting jobs that included Jaguars, Jeeps, and cars that we had never heard of before, but thanks to our great team and a host of other companies and individuals who assist us in finding hard to find parts we have been able to get it done.

We are very proud of the global growth of this product. Currently we are selling in Australia, Canada, Sweden and Japan. We welcome the opportunity to engage in sales to other countries as well.

Each Mirror Kit includes all the mirror pieces pre-cut, silicone, caulking gun, masking tape & instructions. Every kit is specifically designed to fit the manufacturers specs of the vehicle. We are also now offering the product in Colored Mirror to help give that extra detail to your show car.
